If you are an organization or church that wants to attend a trip, send us your dates. We can schedule it according to your calendar. 

Purpose: Army of the Kind has been traveling to Mexico since the earthquake in September of 2017. Many cities were largely affected by the 7.1 Magnitude earthquake which shook the ground for about 20 seconds.  Different levels of poverty can be found throughout this country.  We will stay on a campground in Morelos and from there we will travel to different pueblos directly affected by the earthquake or other types of poverty. We will share the Gospel, love, debri-clean up, other resources and humanitarian aid.

Payment Schedule:

•                     $250 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit due at the time of registration to secure your
•                     spot on the trip (Your deposit fee is included in the overall cost of the trip)
•                     1/3 cost of trip is due 90 days prior to the trip
•                     2/3 cost of trip is due 60 days prior to the trip
•                     Total cost of trip is due 30 days prior to the trip

Payment Policy:

Trip Payments must be made online, fundraised or mailed in by the due dates in order for the participant to remain on the trip.

Checks must be made out to Army of the Kind.

Trip Fees Include:

Airfare, lodging, meals, ground transportation, translators, guides, welcome package and materials, and a portion will go to offset the cost of our onsite projects.

Cancellation and refund policy:

All deposits are nonrefundable.
 
•50 percent of the trip cost will be required for cancellations 59-31 days prior to the trip.
 
•No refunds will be made for any cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the trip date

All cancellations must be in writing via email to Army of the Kind.  If airfare was already purchased, and the attendee decides they cannot attend the trip, the airfare may or may not be credited to the attendee depending on the airline policy. The rest of the funds paid for that trip will be returned following the policy listed above. 

In the event that Army of the Kind has to cancel the trip, a full trip cost refund will be issued or transferred to another trip.

Any forfeited payments will still be treated as a tax deductible gift to Army of the Kind.
