LIZ VELAZQUEZ
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR​

Liz Velazquez is the CEO of AOTK and has been faithfully serving since 2010, leading countless individuals to the mission field. Her deep love for children and hurting communities drives her work, inspiring everyone around her. Liz's passion for discipleship is evident in all she does, as she strives to create lasting impact through the organization's efforts.

Her journey with AOTK has not only changed the lives of many but profoundly shaped her own. 'I love witnessing the lives of so many children being impacted by a warm meal,' she shares.
​
One of her favorite quotes by Bono, 'If you want to eliminate hunger, everybody has to be involved,' serves as a guiding principle in her mission. Years ago, Liz realized, 'I can do something to help.' And now, she encourages others: 'You can too.'"

MELISSA RIVERA
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Melissa Rivera has been serving with AOTK since 2023, bringing her passion for mission work and a heart of compassion to the organization. She has traveled to Peru, the Dominican Republic, and Honduras, supporting AOTK’s efforts on the ground.

In her role, Melissa is responsible for connecting with and communicating to the country ambassadors, pastors, and leaders worldwide, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective support across AOTK’s global missions. Her gift in administration allows her to organize and manage with precision, while her compassion shines through her commitment to sponsoring three children.

Melissa’s desire is to see each child she supports grow to their full potential, and she works tirelessly to help make that vision a reality.

LOU VELAZQUEZ
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBER

Lou Velazquez has been faithfully serving in missions alongside his wife, Liz Velazquez (our inspiring CEO), since 2010. With a heart for people and a vision for transformation, Lou leads mission teams and works closely with our network of international pastors. His dedication extends to developing impactful curriculum designed to strengthen men and marriages in impoverished communities, fostering hope and restoration where it’s needed most.

In addition to his hands-on efforts, Lou plays a vital role in advancing AOTK's operations overseas, ensuring the success and sustainability of our mission. His passion, leadership, and commitment continue to make a profound difference in the lives of many.

JOSH CARLEY
​EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBER

Josh Carley, husband to our founder Marisol Carley, has been a dedicated member of AOTK since October 2021. Together, he and Marisol sponsor eight children, embodying their deep commitment to the mission. Josh's contagious love for God, passion for hard work, and boundless energy inspire everyone around him.

With a vision to serve globally, Josh is actively involved in leading mission teams and working to expand nutrition centers into new territories. He also plays a crucial role in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to strengthen the organization’s impact.

ADRIANNE CARLSON
​CREATIVE DESIGNER

Adrianne Carlson serves as a Creative Designer for AOTK, bringing her exceptional talent and passion to our mission. Her work encompasses crafting innovative media for our website and marketing materials, ensuring our message reaches and resonates with diverse audiences.

​Beyond her creative contributions, Adrianne has traveled to the Dominican Republic to support our programs firsthand, offering her skills and heart to those we serve. Her dedication and artistry shine through every project, helping AOTK make a lasting impact.

IVAN MEDINA
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBER

Ivan Medina has been an invaluable part of AOTK’s mission, traveling with us to Honduras and the Dominican Republic. With extensive knowledge and experience in construction, Ivan has made a tangible impact on the lives of those we serve. He played a key role in building a home for a family in Honduras and is currently contributing to the construction of our nutrition center in the Dominican Republic.

Looking ahead, Ivan is excited to lead and complete several construction projects for AOTK. His dedication and expertise are helping to create spaces that transform communities and bring hope to those in need.

JERRY ORTIZ
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBER

Jerry Ortiz, originally from Guatemala, has been traveling with AOTK since 2022, driven by an unwavering passion for his people. His heart is deeply committed to developing long-lasting programs that serve the communities and children of Guatemala.

Jerry is particularly focused on reaching the lost youth who have been recruited into gangs or are living on the streets. His mission is to provide these young individuals with hope, purpose, and a path toward a better future. Jerry is also passionate about raising awareness of the urgent needs in Guatemala and works diligently to help fundraise, ensuring AOTK’s vision and missions can continue to grow and impact more lives.

His dedication to his country and to the children of Guatemala makes him a powerful force in driving change.

ANDY & JORDAN HARRISON
DOMINICAN REPUBLIC AMBASSADORS

Andy and Jordan Harrison, from Miami, Oklahoma, have hearts for missions that truly know no bounds. Their journey began in 2018 when they joined a mission trip to the Dominican Republic. That trip sparked a deep passion for serving others, and they have been dedicated to making a difference ever since.Their efforts have been instrumental in building phase one of the nutrition center in this community, creating a foundation for lasting change. 

Now serving as Dominican Republic Ambassadors for AOTK, Andy and Jordan bring their expertise as pastors and leaders to their roles. Their vision, dedication, and love for others will undoubtedly bless the impoverished communities they serve in the villages of the Dominican Republic.

Andy and Jordan are true world changers, leaving a legacy of hope, faith, and transformation wherever they go.

PERU AMBASSADORS

Willie and Erica Bota bring their vibrant energy and wholehearted dedication to AOTK’s mission. Since joining in 2022, they have traveled to Peru, the Dominican Republic, and Honduras, making a lasting impact wherever they go. Now serving as AOTK’s ambassadors for the country of Peru, Willie and Erica are committed to helping our programs reach their full potential.

Their heart to serve in any capacity needed is truly inspiring. They are passionate about supporting the leadership in Peru and fostering growth in the programs that bring hope to the local communities. Young, full of life, and deeply committed, Willie and Erica are a vital part of AOTK’s mission to change lives around the world.

HONDURAS AMBASSADORS

Andy and Fela Cerda have been dedicated to AOTK missions since 2022, with an unwavering love for the country and people of Honduras. They play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of AOTK’s programs, ensuring that projects benefiting children in Honduras thrive.

Their impactful work includes helping disciple individuals, launching nutrition sites in San Antonio de Cortes, and building homes for single mothers living in poverty. Andy and Fela are deeply passionate about not only eradicating child hunger but also breaking the cycle of poverty, especially the poverty of the mind.
